This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through lifecarevitamin.com (the “Site”). LifeCareVitamin is operated in the United States and provides dietary supplements, wellness products, and related items.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the policy below carefully before placing an order.
1. 30-Day Return Eligibility (Unused Products Only)
Most products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused and unopened
The product must remain in its original factory-sealed packaging
All safety seals must be intact
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Any promotional items or free gifts must also be returned
For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept opened ingestible products.
2. Non-Returnable Items (Health & Safety Policy)
Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity regulations, the following items are non-returnable:
Opened vitamins or supplements
Products with broken safety seals
Ingestible products (if opened)
Perishable goods
Gift cards
Items marked “Final Sale”

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:

4. Resale & Bulk Purchase Policy

Orders identified as bulk, resale, wholesale, commercial, or third-party redistribution purchases may be subject to:

We reserve the right to:
Limit quantities per customer
Refuse bulk resale orders
Deny returns that violate this policy
Products are not authorized for resale unless approved in writing.
5. Buyer Responsibility

6. How to Initiate a Return
Step 1 – Contact Us
Email us within 30 days of delivery to request return authorization.

If approved, we will provide return instructions.
Step 3 – Return Shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
7. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

Processing time: 5–7 business days (depending on your bank or card issuer)
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

9. Chargebacks & Abuse Prevention
